Hi, Fairy fashionistas! Last week, I flew to Snowcap Glade to take a spin on the ice rink, and, of course, find Fairies with wintry outfits for the spotlight. Everybody looked so shimmerific and winter-ready. Please put your wings together for this month’s winners!

As if two days of new Fairy fashions weren't enough, this week just got even better – all of the Pixie Diamond allowances for Members have just been increased! 12-Month Members now get 240 Pixie Diamonds each month, 6-Month Members get 120, and Monthly Members get 50. If you’re a current Member, you’ll receive the new bigger amount on your next allowance.

Plus, there’s a brand-new Weekly Membership with a weekly allowance of 30 Pixie Diamonds, giving pixies and their parents another way to play. Flap over to the Purchase Options Page for more info!

Also, with winter on its way, get into the frosty spirit by tuning into the Secret of the Wings Premiere on the Disney Channel this Sunday, December 9th (check your local listings for times)!

Winter prep is under way! Usually we light up the sky so the frost-talents can work around-the-clock making snowflakes, but Iridessa has that under control this year. Instead, we get to help make snowflakes! Go see Silvermist for her Snowflakes Quest for Members and earn the Ice Palace Key 2012 badge, which you'll need for the Winter Wonderland Party later this month.

This just in – the Disney Fairies Fashion Boutique app has been downloaded over 1 million times! Can you believe it? To celebrate, we’ve just released a flitterific new update for the app. Now you can visit and like your friends’ boutiques! The update also includes a festive Winter Wonderland theme and the option to donate clothes to open space in your closet.

Fly to the App Store to get the update or download the app to your iPad, iPhone, or iPod for free*. Once you’ve got the latest version loaded, click the “Social” button to visit other boutiques. If you don’t already have one, you’ll be asked to create a Game Center account. Can’t wait to hear what you think of the new features!

One thing’s for sure – you pixies know how to throw pixie-licious parties! Thanks to everybody who sent in a party snapshot for the Fairy Feast Challenge. It was nearly impossible to narrow it down to just a few to feature here.

 

Congrats to the winners – look in your Pouch for your seeds prize! There are just a few flaps left for all of us to enjoy the Fairy Feast. Definitely try to go to the Bake-off with the Chefs this afternoon from 3 to 4 PM Pixie Standard Time in Cottonpuff Field!

Calling all Fairy fashionistas! This is your first look at the December fashions arriving one week from today. Get ready to bundle up in these super cozy outfits (pictured above) coming to Summit Style. Plus, there will be no shortage of winter essentials in the Hollow – chic scarves, fun knee high socks, and twinkling tiaras are on their way too! Best of all, Schelly will be adding a new hairstyle!

As always, be sure to buy anything currently in shops that you’ve been eyeing! Many fashions and storage items will be leaving the shops to make room for the new collections.

There’s a chill in the air, and pixies know that means winter is near! Pitch in with the season’s snowy preparations by going on Silvermist’s Snowflakes Quest for Members. She’ll reward you with the key to the Minister of Winter’s majestic Ice Palace, which you can use during the Winter Wonderland Party.

The Winter Wonderland Party officially starts on December 21! The party will bring a flurry of frosty festivities to Pixie Hollow including:

• The return of the Ice Palace in Chilly Falls! Just as enchanting as ever with new decorations, presents, and silly snow weasel sightings!
• Visits from the Minister of Winter herself as well as the shimmerific Snowfairies – check the Calendar for details!
• A critterific gift and way to get your Snowball Blaster badge in the Ballroom!
• The festively decorated kitchen in Fairy Tale Theater!
